I wanted to take a moment and tell you how much Mark MADE the trip the most awesome for me, my sister, my niece and most importantly my grandmother of 89 years! Ever time Grandbobbie went in and out of the store or in and out of the car Mark was right there with his arm out escorting her everywhere! Thats exaclty what i hoped for! MArk knew exactly where to go to show up the most of NYC as well as staying right beside us when we were sight seeing in Grandbobbi\’s old neighborhood (the bronx at 149th street). We never felt out of place or in danger. I ahve never contracted for a driver service before and your service was more than i had hoped for.
